This showcase timber building is part of a Primary Growth Partnership with MBIE and Red Stag. The PGP programme aims to encourage the use of engineered timber products and prefabrication in the construction of mid-rise buildings. TimberLab was the supply partner for the prefabricated LVL frames and curved glulam columns.
