TimberLab Continues to Expand its Workplace Diversity
Diversity and inclusion are important aspects of our culture at TimberLab and we pride ourselves in continuing to challenge the gender imbalance in the construction industry.
With our expanding list of project orders, we have been actively recruiting in several areas and are now 32 strong; represented by 10 different nationalities and cultures. In our office team we have a 50/50 split of females & males.
Recently joining the team are:
- Juwairiyah Alam who has joined Rommel de Jesus in the CAD Drawing department with her credentials as an architectural qualified graduate.
Mariana Troyano who is working with Andrew Hewitt in her role as Production Planner. - Trevor Yates who is in charge of our Quality Control and is helping improve our systems and procedures.
