Prefabricated LVL Diagrid frames loaded onto oversize truck are on the way to Scion’s Rotorua site for their new innovation hub –

A seismic resistant / low damage structure designed to move in response to a seismic event.

This 3-level, distinctive structure is taking shape on site and is an exciting project to be part of. It is a showcase for TimberLab’s ingenuity and skill in meeting unique challenges. Our experience in complex bespoke laminating and CNC processing has enabled us to produce the large number of frames required whilst maintaining tight tolerances and consistent finishes.
