Each floor section covers up to 16 square metres. Using a Timber Concrete Composite (TCC) design developed by CHH Woodproducts, TimberLab has prefabricated these cassettes using LVL joists and plywood. With CNC technology, shear keys have been rebated into the joists. Once delivered to site the cassettes are lifted onto first floor framing in quick time.
