PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Hudsons required a small building to utilise an existing location where they could entertain their clients and also use for private gatherings. The prerequisite for design was based around the traditional fale style with use of timber, stone and concrete. They wanted the area to be able to be closed off if necessary but to open up doors to be in tune with nature and the ocean.

TimberLab supplied the complete roof structure for this fale; manufactured in our Auckland factory & shipped to American Samoa. Glulam arches, purlins, TG & V ceiling & metalwork connections were also provided as part of the solution.
