Vertix & GLTh
Vertix and GLTh are engineered laminated timber products designed for high performance structural applications, including lintels, rafters, ridge beams, and floor beams. Vertix uses vertically laminated timber for improved stiffness and stability, while GLTh features horizontal laminations for consistent structural performance. Both systems use PUR adhesives, offer reliable dimensional stability, and meet NZ Building Code requirements when properly specified. The design guide provides extensive span tables for roof and floor scenarios across wind zones, roof pitches, and load conditions. Products are available in H1.2 or H3.2 treatment, are independently tested for structural and fire performance, and deliver strong sustainability and cost advantages over traditional building materials.
