Throughout his tenure of 13 and a half years, spanning from the merger of Timberbond to TimberLab Solutions to the present day, our departing leader has played a pivotal role not only in guiding the company but also in building the TimberLab team from the ground up. Thanks to his efforts, most of our staff have stayed with us for many years, with some remaining until retirement. Darren’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment has created a strong sense of loyalty and camaraderie within our team.
Under his guidance, our team has navigated numerous challenges, emerging stronger and more resilient each time. His leadership style has fostered a culture of collaboration and unity, allowing us to overcome obstacles, achieve remarkable success in the industry, and ensure the survival and success of our company through even the most challenging of times.

Near the end of last year, October 2023, Andrew stepped up with bigger shoes to fill.
